How to store:

You can store it at room temperature for 3-4 days well wrapped in plastic wrap and toast/warm before you eat. Or you can freeze well wrapped in plastic wrap for a month. Best way to freeze is slice first before packing & freezing. Each individual slice can then be toasted straight from the freezer for a fresh from the oven feel.

Sourdough Bread is best cut with a serrated bread knife.

Tasting Notes: A classic sourdough loaf with a thin, crispy crust that encases a slightly sour, custardy and chewy interior. Perfect for sandwiches, or for toasting and eating with salted butter.
