75% Bread Flour & 25% Whole Wheat Flour

Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Strawberries, Organic Walnuts, Salt

Each loaf is ~1.5 lbs

How to store:

You can store it at room temperature for 3-4 days well wrapped in plastic wrap and toast/warm before you eat. Or you can freeze well wrapped in plastic wrap for a month. Best way to freeze is slice first before packing & freezing. Each individual slice can then be toasted straight from the freezer for a fresh from the oven feel.

Sourdough Bread is best cut with a serrated bread knife.

Tasting Notes: A fruit & chocolate sourdough loaf with a thin, crispy crust that is very chocolatey and is perfect for toasting and eating with salted butter.
